Smaws_Client_CostExplorer.GetSavingsPlansPurchaseRecommendationRetrieves the Savings Plans recommendations for your account. First use StartSavingsPlansPurchaseRecommendationGeneration to generate a new set of recommendations, and then use GetSavingsPlansPurchaseRecommendation to retrieve them.
